YO-WEI™ DVD with Jolene Puffer

Jolene Puffer introduces the video and then talks the viewer through the exercises, but no instructor is both speaking and performing the exercises in the video. Jolene speaks over top of the music and two other instructors silently perform the workout. Beginner to advanced (Jolene encourages each viewer to perform the exercises at their own rate and with only as many repetitions as they are able).
